future reference

I put this here, because it's a spare blog, and I don't keep a regular journal. But I will have some explanation in case someone runs into this test blog. I keep 125 mL bottles of white wine at home for cooking because I don't drink wine fast enough to justify opening a regular bottle just for cooking. I'm looking for a decent brand and doesn't taste awful if drunk straight because that will make the food taste that much better. Sutter Home Chardonnay is not such a brand. It doesn't smell like anything and it just sort of landed with a thud on my tongue. I continue to seek.
